We have established four place-based working groups to engage in a number of diverse projects to bring about change locally and provide valuable insights into how the systems work and where improvements can be made. They all report to our Steering Group.

They are:

  • Braybrook: pathways to employment for young people (Contact: Clem Gillings, Maribyrnong City Council)
  • Laverton: early years, parenting, youth and food security (Contact: Peter Ewer, Department of Justice and Regulation)
  • North Melbourne-Flemington: youth disengagement, community information and cultural collaboration (Contact: Abeselom Nega, iEmpower)
  • Werribee: focus on vulnerable young people (Contact: Mary Agostino, Wyndham City Council)

We are grateful for the support of the following organisations to our working groups and activities:

  • Drummond Street Services
  • Engaging Wyndham Families
